Impostor ?!

Impostor… or not impostor? That is the question.
Impostor syndrome often affects not those who lack skills, but those who actually have the most: the sensitive, the demanding, the committed.
Those who want to do well. Those who want to grow.
It shows up when you catch yourself thinking:
“I have to work twice as hard to deserve what others seem to get naturally.”
“It’s only a matter of time before someone realizes I’m not good enough.”
“I haven’t done anything exceptional; anyone could have done the same.”
“If I admit I don’t know something, they’ll see I’m not competent.”
“People will eventually notice I’m not as solid as they think.”
In reality, this doubt is not a sign of illegitimacy.
It’s a sign of professional awareness.
And above all, a sign that you are evolving.
Impostor syndrome often appears when:
you take on more responsibility,
you start a new job or mission,
you step outside your comfort zone,
you get closer to something meaningful for you.
It’s not an alarm saying “Stop.”
It’s an alarm saying: “I’m growing.”
The simple (but not always easy) gesture to rebalance things and silence this limiting belief?
Replace doubt with facts:
a project you delivered successfully,
a positive feedback you received,
a new skill you mastered,
a concrete impact you created.
Facts soothe fiction. Your thoughts are not the reality.
And remember: a Happy Job is also a job that reflects a true mirror back to you.
The right environment doesn’t feed your impostor feeling — it feeds your confidence.
Keep in mind:
You have nothing to prove.
You simply have to grow, contribute, take your place.
A place you have already earned.
You’re not an impostor.
You’re ready for what comes next.
With all my care, Sophie
